I have ordered 1250 shoes with 5 different models on your store which I ordered on 30 January. I received it on 21 March. When I received those packet, I only receive 1000 shoes. I thought you forget to send 250 item of model 39 size, Ladies’ Shoes YSL Tributte Doff Cat.Ref.F8340.

To resolve the problem, I would like you to send me another shoes which I order before. Or if the model which I order already run out, I hope you give my money back for the amount of that items.
